The certification is complete...

Working closely with our Rabbi, Daiya products can now boast OU kosher parve status.

Daiya staff and our OU Rabbinic Coordinator have confirmed  that all raw materials and equipment used in the production and R&D of Daiya products remain in line with the high standards set by OU certification.

The OU Kosher symbol has been added to the next packaging print and you can expect to see it on the shelves later this summer.

Daiya™ Product information

Daiya products are a deliciously dairy free alternative that melt, taste and stretch like dairy based cheese. Daiya is free of many of the common food allergens including; gluten, dairy, (casein and lactose), soy (common to many other non-dairy cheese alternatives), egg, wheat, barley, whey, peanuts and tree nuts (excluding coconut oil). Daiya products are free of animal products, cholesterol, trans fats, and preservatives.
