Cheddar Breadsticks Daiya tested & approved

This recipe requires a bread machine.

Ingredients: 
In a bread machine, add the following ingredients in the order they appear:
1 1/3 cups tepid water
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 Tbsp vegan buttery spread
3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast
4 - 5 cups of Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds (2 packages)
Instructions: 

Fit pan into bread machine and select "Dough Cycle"

Once done, remove dough onto a lightly floured surface, cover with a large bowl and let rise for 10 - 15minutes.

Divide dough into sections (however many you want, size is up to you), and roll into long stick-like shapes.

Pop your pan, or pans, into an oven preheated to 375 degrees and bake for 10 - 15 minutes, depending on size of the breadsticks.

Remove from oven, brush dough with olive oil, and sprinkle generously ith Daiya, patting it onto the dough to "stick" and letting it crumble around the edges. The more the better!

Bake another 5 - 7 minutes, or until edges of the Daiya cheese are just slightly crisp. Remove from the oven and try not to eat them all within 24 hours!
