Savoury Summer Beet Greens Grilled Cheese

Instructions

Finely chop tomatoes, onion and olives (or blend gently in food processor). Add Daiya Cream Cheese Style Spread to hold mixture together.

Spread a very thin layer of Earth Balance spread on one side of each piece of bread. Place buttered side down in pan preheated to medium heat.

Layer Daiya Cheddar Style Slices on each piece of bread followed by beet greens. Add tomato and olive filling on one side and close the sandwich.

Toast evenly on each side until golden brown.
