Peel the sweet potatoes and use the peeler or spiralizer to make "noodles".
Place the sweet potato "noodles" in a steamer using the ½ cup of water to steam them
Once the noodles are tender enough to eat, take off the heat and set aside
Add non-dairy milk into large sauce pan. Turn the heat on low and add in the cubed Daiya Cheddar Block Cheese and mix until the cheese melts
Add in the Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Worcestershire Sauce, and the Chives. Mix until well blended and the sauce is smooth. Salt and Pepper the sauce to your preference
Mix in the sweet potato noodles with the cheesy chive sauce. Top with extra chopped chives for more of a chive flavor
