Peach Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Daiya Peach Greek Yogurt Alternative
  • 1/2 Cup Non-dairy milk
  • 1 banana, (Frozen)
  • 1 Cup Peaches, (Frozen or Fresh)
  • 1/4 Cup Gluten Free Granola, (For Topping)
  • 1/4 Cup Pecan Halves, (For Topping)

Instructions

1. Combine Daiya Peach Greek Yogurt Alternative, fruit and non-dairy milk in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and desired consistency is achieved. If the smoothie is too thick, add more non-dairy milk, and if it’s too thin add ice.

3. Pour the smoothie into two bowls and top with remaining peaches, gluten-free granola, and pecan halves.
