Sure, Mother’s Day is going to look different this year. But even if it’s a smaller celebration, a thoughtful, plant-based, allergy-friendly brunch is the perfect way to show appreciation for your mom, your partner, or the mom-like figure in your life. And just because you’re going plant-based doesn’t mean your dish can’t be both fun and decadent.
