More and more people these days are including more plant-based foods in their everyday meals, and the increased interest often brings with it questions about nutrition.

 

There are excellent online sources to consult such as Tips For Vegetarians from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) which includes practical tips for making sure you’re getting enough protein, iron, calcium, zinc and vitamin B12.
