Plant-Based Picnics. Summer At Its Best.

Did you know there are more than 10,200 state parks in the United States and more than 1,000 provincial or territorial parks in Canada? Start adding in national parks and city parks, and you could be easily picnicking close to home tonight and taking in the sights and sounds of summer.  

We rounded up a selection of our favorite summer picnic recipes for a refreshing, flavor-packed plant-based feast. The assumption is that you’ll be taking a cooler and will have done any prep cooking at home before you head outdoors. (Pro tip—pack some of our frozen dessert bars in the bottom for easy and delicious treats.) We’ve included three dips and spreads for sliced veggies and crackers.
