Our Pumpkin Spice Cheezecake Returns

Guess who’s back? Back again! Our fan- and fam-favorite Pumpkin Spice Cheezecake has returned, just in time for fall the fall feels and sweater weather get-togethers – even if that just means a solo midnight snack in the kitchen!

Our decadent Pumpkin Spice Cheezecake is a cross between a pumpkin pie and a cheesecake, that’s plant-based, gluten-free, and dairy-free. A hint of sweetness in our artisan crust meets the rich temptation of our creamy, luscious pumpkin filling – one taste, and your senses will truly fall in love.

PSC is delicious on its own, but you don’t have to stop there – check out these pairing ideas below to try with your Cheezecake, and truly start falling for fall this year!

Get a Little Saucy

Here at Daiya HQ we love to drizzle something extra on our Cheezecake. When this season comes around, there’s always a pot or two of homemade, plant-based Vegan Pumpkin Spice Sauce and Caramel Cheezecake Sauce  in the office fridge. Whip some up for your fall dessert repertoire they’re easy to make and even easier to enjoy. Drizzle, admire, devour – in that order!

Serve with Stewed Fruit

Head over to your local store to grab some locally grown fruits such as pears, apples, or figs. When ripe, cut up fruit and remove any stems and seeds. Cook over medium heat and a tablespoon or two of water until soft, and add sugar and cinnamon to taste. Once cooled, serve with your Cheezecake (and it wouldn’t hurt to pipe on some whipped coconut cream!).

Combine with a Classic

The possibilities are endless here:

  • Cozy beverage-wise, a straight up PSL with our PSC is a purist’s dream (although have you tried the Hot Apple Crisp Macchiato?). 
  • Our PSC pairs so well with after-school hits like a grilled cheeze sandwich or a creamy Mac & Cheeze – combos that aren’t just for kids.
