Systems & Report Administrator

Reporting to the Senior Business Systems and IT Manager, the SYSTEMS & REPORT ADMINISTRATOR will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, support and roll out of enterprise Microsoft technologies, including Windows servers, Active Directory, SQL databases, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.


This position will support efforts to maintain the overall security of Daiya’s IT environment, by keeping all servers, application services, and workstations up to date. This person will lead and ensure in-depth analysis of problems and initiate corrective actions and implementation of preventative measures.


Please note this will be a 6-month contract, with a possibility of extension.

Industrial Millwright

The Journeyman Industrial Millwright must possess fundamental and specialized knowledge and skills related to troubleshooting and providing preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating equipment change-over.


The Millwright is responsible for working together with the rest of the maintenance team to complete new projects, work orders and follow a Preventive Maintenance Program. This position requires shiftwork (rotating once a month).


SHIFT TIME: Monday to Friday (AM Shift – 5:00am to 1:30pm)

Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in the Plant Operations team working collaboratively across teams to ensure Daiya’s quality standards are enforced and maintained at all stages of the manufacturing processes, through accurate data recording and analysis. The operations coordinator will work directly with engineering, line inspectors and floor personnel to gather, capture and interpret data to drive Daiya’s operations and growth. Key skills for this role are problem-solving, data capturing/analysis and a keen interest in working collaboratively to develop new processes and improve current ones.

People & Culture

People & Culture Coordinator

This is a hybrid position, where you’ll spend about 80% of your time on People & Culture for our Manufacturing teams and 20% on supporting our Health & Safety administrative duties. This role will support People & Culture Manger, Manufacturing along with working closely with Health & Safety Specialist to support the H&S admin duties and works closely with the People & Culture Team and other departments.

Production Manager

Our Production Manager provides leadership to the management and supervision of the manufacturing processes, to ensure scheduled production levels are met for each shift and high-level sanitation is complete to meet Food Safety and QA standards. The Production Manager will work with the Senior Production Manager to research and implement processes that minimize costs and waste while maximizing the highest quality production outputs.


The Production Manager will ensure that the manufacture of products is carried out in accordance with internal and external standards and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and SQF requirements along with Work Safe BC standards.

Machine Operator

A Machine Operator play a key role in achieving business objectives by safely setting up and running assigned machine lines. Other responsibilities involve assisting with changeover of the packaging machines. Our Operators work as part of a team with changing responsibilities and ensure final products meet quality standards while minimizing waste.


Operators will ensure that manufacture of products is carried out in accordance with internal and external standards and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and SQF requirements along with Work Safe BC standards.

Quality Assurance

Assistant QA Manager

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager is to provide leadership and support to the plant QAQC team. The Assistant QA Manager is responsible for the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the plant QA Systems. This role also involves liaising with internal departments to ensure food safety and quality programs are in place to meet and exceed regulatory, 3rd party and customer requirements.

QC Technician

The Quality Control Technician ensures that Daiya’s food safety and quality standards are enforced and maintained at all stages of the manufacturing processes through routine quality monitoring, sampling and testing.
