Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) in conventional oven or 400°F (204°C) in convection oven.
  2. Remove overwrap plastic. Place flatbread directly on middle oven rack.
  3. Bake flatbread for 14-18 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheeze is melted. Check flatbread after 14 minutes.

CAUTION: Product must be cooked thoroughly to 160°F (71°C) for food safety and quality. Do not allow flatbread to thaw. Do not eat flatbread without cooking. Your oven temperature may vary so adjust baking time and oven temperature as necessary.
