Combine salt, turmeric, nutritional yeast, black pepper and a bit of water
Coat tofu slices to mixture and let sit for about 2-3 minutes before baking
Bake tofu for about 20 minutes
Warm bagel or English muffin in oven for a few minutes
Add Daiya Cheddar Style Slices to bagel and return to oven for a few more minutes
Assemble the sandwich layering the tofu, spinach, avocado and any other toping you'd like!
