Chilled Dairy-free Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Cooked Macaroni
  • 1 Container Daiya Plain Cream Cheese Style Spread
  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 green onions, (Diced)
  • 1/2 Cup bell pepper, (Diced)
  • 1/4 Cup celery, (Diced)
  • 1/4 Cup carrot, (Finely Grated)
  • 1 Pinch Cayenne

Instructions

Cook macaroni according to package instructions.

Drain and set aside to cool completely.

In a large bowl, mix softened Daiya Plain Cream Cheese-Style and vinegar until smooth (add more vinegar for desired consistency).

Add pasta and slowly stir in vegetables to coat.

Refrigerate to chill. Enjoy!
