Thaw Daiya New York Cheezecake for 2 hours and then cut into 1-inch cubes
Melt your preferred semi-sweet chocolate chips or two bars (cut into small chunks) of your favorite dark chocolate. You can melt them using a bain-marie or in 30-second intervals in the microwave.
Once chocolate is smooth and melted, use a fork or skewer to spear one edge of the cheezecake cube. Dip each cube in melted chocolate to cover, let the excess drip off. Place onto parchment paper. Let stand about 20 minutes or until firm. Store in refrigerator.
