Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Daiya Yogurt Alternative, (any flavor)
  • 1/4 Cup Non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 Cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 Cup Applesauce or Freshly Grated Apple
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a container with a lid

2. Fasten lid and shake until combined

3. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours

4. Serve cold or warm with apple slices
