Creamy Four Cheeze Pasta

Simple ingredients come together in this recipe to make some cheezy magic. This sauce also works perfectly for baked penne or an Alfredo pizza! To request this recipe in industrial servings and measurements, email foodservice@daiyafoods.com.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plant based milk
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter
  • 2 tbsps Daiya Plain Cream Cheese Style Spread
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp celery, finely chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Daiya Cutting Board Italian 4 Cheeze Flavour Blend Shreds
  • 1 package gluten-free pasta

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside.

Sauté the garlic, onion and celery until transparent and set aside.

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

Pour sauce over hot pasta in pot and stir until pasta is well-coated. Crack freshly ground pepper to taste, and serve with extra cheeze on top. Enjoy!
