Dairy-free Cheddar Cheeze Fondue


  • 1/2 cup light beer of choice
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp mustard powder
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 package Cheddar Cheeze Sauce
  • 4-5 slices Daiya Swiss Style Slices


If you are using an electric fondue pot, turn it up to medium heat. Otherwise use a double broiler to cook the mixture.

Place beer, garlic and soy sauce in the pot and combine well.

Once the beer mixture is warm add cheeze sauce and slices and stir until smooth

Enjoy with bread and vegetables of choice!
