Dairy-Free Mexican Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 Cup Daiya Plain Yogurt Alternative
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Agave, (to taste)
  • 2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ancho Chile, (to taste)
  • 1/3 Cup Pomegranate Arils, (for garnish)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth Upon serving, garnish with pomegranate arils and spices

Taste and added seasonings as you wish

Spoon into serving dishes

Chill to set
