Blend yogurt, vanilla, whipped topping and cacao nibs in a medium bowl.
Spread mixture over graham cracker layer in pan then top with more graham crackers.
Freeze at least 4 hours.
Use parchment paper to remove dessert from pan.
Let stand 5 minutes, then slice into individual sandwiches.
