Frozen Yogurt Graham Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 Containers Daiya Vanilla Bean Yogurt Alternative
  • 1 Package Gluten-free Graham Crackers, (You will need 18 crackers)
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 2 Cups Dairy-free Frozen Whipped Topping, (Thawed)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract,

Instructions

Line a square pan with parchment paper.

Arrange the graham crackers to cover the bottom of the pan.

Blend yogurt, vanilla, whipped topping and cacao nibs in a medium bowl.

Spread mixture over graham cracker layer in pan then top with more graham crackers.

Freeze at least 4 hours.

Use parchment paper to remove dessert from pan.

Let stand 5 minutes, then slice into individual sandwiches.
