Harvest Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Beets, (Medium Sized)
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 2 Apples, (We recommend Golden Delicious or Gala)
  • 1 1/2 Cup Daiya Plain Yogurt Alternative
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk, Coconut Milk or water
  • 1-2 Tbsp Agave, (optional)

Instructions

Chop produce for easier blending

Place milk or water and produce in blender, and process for 2 minutes

Add Daiya Plain Greek Yogurt Alternative, and blend until smooth

If you'd like, stir in a bit of agave syrup to desired sweetness

Enjoy!
