Preheat oven to 475F. Spread tomato sauce over pizza crust.
Place veggie kebab alternative evenly across the pizza, sprinkle onions and the Daiya Shreds to cover. Bake pizza on the rack for 10-15 minutes until the cheeze is melted and stretchy.
While pizza is cooking make bernaise sauce in a saucepan on the stovetop. Start by heating olive oil and flour until fragrant. Add dairy-free milk of choice, nutmeg salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat until sauce is reduced to a thick creamy consistency.
Remove from oven and top with Roma tomatoes and romaine lettuce. Finish with bernaise sauce.
