Purple Power Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 Daiya Plain Yogurt Alternative
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Packs Frozen Acai
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1/2 Cup Sunflower Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Coconut Flakes, (For Topping)
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Cacao Nibs, (For Topping)
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Strawberries, (For Topping)

Instructions

Combine Daiya Plain Greek Yogurt Alternative, fruit and sunflower butter in a blender.

Blend until smooth and desired consistency is achieved. If the smoothie bowl is too thick, add water or non-dairy milk, and if it’s too thin add ice.

3. Pour the smoothie into bowls and top with remaining sliced strawberries, cacao nibs, and shredded coconut.
