Spinach and Artichoke Dip


  • 8 artichoke hearts, canned in water
  • 300 grams fresh spinach
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 block Daiya Jack Style Block, cubed
  • 1 container Daiya Plain Cream Cheese Style Spread
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free milk of choice


In a medium sized pan, add the oil and simmer the garlic on medium until slightly transparent.

Add the Daiya Plain Cream Cheeze Style Spread, Daiya Jack Style Block, dairy-free milk of choice, salt and cayenne pepper and continue to mix thoroughly until everything is melted and combined. If you prefer less spice, omit the cayenne or add less.

Once everything has melted, combine the spinach and artichoke hearts and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Stir continuously to avoid burning.

Serve right away while it's hot with toasted pita slices, chips or veggies.
