Sun Sweetened Tomato Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daiya Plain Greek Yogurt Alternative
  • 1/3 cup sun sweetened tomato halves , (we used Fruit Bliss Organic Turkish Tomato Halves)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Place tomatoes and garlic into a food processor and process until they are minced

Add remaining ingredients and pulse until well combined and basil is finely chopped.

This Sun Sweetened Tomato Spread is quick, easy and the perfect addition to almost any dish. Our plant-based Plain Greek Yogurt Alternative is used for the smooth creamy base that will have you spreading it on burgers, wraps and eating all your veggies.
