Tater Tot Grilled Cheeze Waffles

Preheat your waffle iron on high.

Place the thawed tater tots very close together in an even layer on the waffle iron, the more densly packed the better. Close the waffle iron and allow to cook for 6 minutes or until browned. Remove from the waffle iron and allow it to cool.

Repeat the process to make a second waffle. When it is crisp, top it with half of the Daiya Cheddar Style Cutting Board Shreds and place the first waffle on top.

Heat the sandwich until the shreds have melted, carefully flip the sandwich over and allow the cheese to melt on the other side before removing the sandwich from the iron. Cut it into half and serve.
