Vegetable Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Daiya Cheddar Style Slices
  • 1 organic cucumber, (sliced)
  • 1 organic roma tomato, (sliced)
  • 1 organic avocado, (sliced)
  • 1 organic romaine lettuce heart, (2-4 leaves)
  • 4 baby bella mushrooms, (sliced)
  • 2 gluten-free tortillas

Instructions

In the tortilla, layer cucumber, tomato, avocado, lettuce, mushrooms to your preference.

Add Daiya Cheddar Style Slices.

Wrap tight and cut in half. Enjoy!
