Shipping Policy

We can only ship orders to the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

We ship orders Monday through Wednesday during business hours.* Orders placed from 12 p.m. EST Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Typical delivery time is 2 business days. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.

Signatures are not required for deliveries. If there is no one to accept the delivery at the shipping address you provided, it will be left at the door. We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. Please track your package, note the delivery date, and be present at your shipping address to accept your package. You are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address. Shipment re-routing is prohibited.

To ensure maximum freshness, orders containing refrigerated and frozen products will include an insulated liner and ice packs to keep your food fresh until delivery.

* If order is placed before 12 p.m. EST on Wednesday, it will typically ship same day. However, we cannot always guarantee all orders will ship same day due to order volumes, peak/holiday season, unexpected issues, and/or incorrectly supplied customer address.
