Easy Plant-Based Recipes for Back-To-School Success

Every year during the back-to-school transition, there’s always a hunger for new meal and snack ideas. And for good reason. Students of all ages are always hungry— before, during and after school. Brain food also fuels the body, and plant-based cooking opens all-new possibilities for flavor and nutrition.

Take the ever-popular grilled cheeze sandwich. This year, make the geometry teacher happy and take a new angle. Instead of the usual squares and rectangles, how about a cylindrical shape? Grilled Cheeze Rollups are ready in minutes for after-school treats everyone will love. Pizza Bagels earn A+ honors as well.
