Savory, meet sweet. Hearty, rich mushrooms and caramelized onions plus sweet fig and kale are a match made in heaven. We’ve topped this flatbread crust with a creamy garlic sauce and our much-loved mozza and feta style cheeze for a delicious balance of flavors you’ll crave.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) in conventional oven or 400°F (204°C) in convection oven.
  2. Remove overwrap plastic. Place flatbread directly on middle oven rack.
  3. Bake flatbread for 18-22 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheeze is melted. Check flatbread after 18 minutes.

CAUTION: Product must be cooked thoroughly to 160°F (71°C) for food safety and quality. Do not allow flatbread to thaw. Do not eat flatbread without cooking. Your oven temperature may vary so adjust baking time and oven temperature as necessary.
